The Upper Canada Leger Centre for Education and Training is responsible for the International Education program for the Upper Canada District School Board. It operates within one of the largest and oldest school boards in Ontario. UCLCET is a community-focused organization that aims to spearhead innovative projects supporting education, diversity, health, and well-being in the Eastern Ontario Counties of Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry, Prescott, Russell, Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville.

Services: UCLCET focuses on providing educational services and support through the International Education program. This program caters to international students, offering them opportunities to study and experience education in the Upper Canada District School Board. Additionally, UCLCET initiates and participates in unique projects that contribute to the advancement of education, diversity, and the well-being of communities in Eastern Ontario.
