About

Tara has been a professional working in Brockville since 2015. 

After 6 years in the employment sector she made a career change to a more intensive and hands on role as a housing support worker for homeless youth for 2 years. Se has recently assumed the position of Intake & Student Support Liaison in the Career/ College Prep program at St. Lawrence College. 

A passionate member of the community  with a desire to remove barriers for people wanting to chase their dreams, and also to fill the gaps in services for our vulnerable populations, she is also the Co-Chair of the Brockville Butterfly Run and is closely partnered with QueenCare - It's A Mom Thing, offering peer support for individuals who have experience pregnancy and infant loss as well as support for individuals who are supporting someone else through a loss.  Her go to motto is "we aren't supposed to do anything alone - community is in our nature".
