Our 1828 stone manor and property has been curated to evoke a place of gracious European country living for our guests. Join us for one of our hands-on cooking classes and stay a little longer and relax in one of our luxurious villas and explore the 1000 Island Brockville area. Our award-winning cooking school offers authentic culinary experiences for those who love to cook or want to get inspired! The classes are conducted in a large chef's kitchen in the main Maison, both scheduled and private classes available. Our spacious 2-storey lux holiday villas, recently built inside the walls of the original stone carriage house, offer original beams with a modern French touch. Come experience a European getaway right here in Ontario.
