CC Weddings and Events provides exceptional wedding planning services in Prince Edward County, Belleville, Kingston, Gananoque, Perth, Smiths Falls, Brockville, Ottawa, and beyond. Whether you’re envisioning an intimate celebration or a grand affair, Chantal is dedicated to ensuring your wedding day unfolds seamlessly from start to finish.

Chantal has over fifteen years of experience in event planning, with a background in academic events, festivals, and weddings. She holds a BAH and MA in Art History from Queen’s University, a Diploma in Event Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and is certified by the Wedding Planners’ Institute of Canada.

During her time in the UK, Chantal worked on Pride in London, helping create an accessible event and earning Silver Certification with Attitude is Everything. After returning to Canada, she and her partner welcomed a baby boy, and Chantal realized it was the perfect time to start her own business.

Chantal later helped plan the Kingston Intercultural Arts Festival, coordinating 22 cultural associations, 12 performances, and 6 workshops for 8,000 visitors. After several years working in events at Queen’s University, Chantal took the leap in 2022 to pursue her passion full-time and focus on her growing business.

• Full Planning: Perfect for couples who want professional oversight throughout the entire planning process. Includes monthly meetings, site visits, event design, budget management, vendor coordination, logistics, and wedding day timeline management.
• Partial Planning: For couples who have a vision but need help executing it. Includes monthly and weekly meetings, site visits, vendor coordination, and wedding day timeline management starting two weeks before the wedding.
• Micro-Wedding Planning:For intimate weddings with under 50 guests. Includes event design, vendor coordination, wedding day timeline management, and rehearsal, ceremony, and reception coordination for up to 6 hours.
• Wedding Day Coordination: Ideal for couples who have planned their wedding but need day-of assistance. Includes site visit, wedding day timeline management, vendor coordination, and decor set-up.
• Elopement Planning: For intimate elopements with up to 10 guests. Includes event design, vendor coordination, elopement timeline management, and coordination of the ceremony and small reception (up to 2 hours).
