Personality Dimensions is an interactive workshop designed to help you better understand how you think\, communicate\, respond to stress\, and work with different personalities\, at work and in everyday life. 🗓 Monday\, May 11th ⏰ 5:30 - 8:30 PM (begins at 5:45 PM sharp) 📍 Sweet Ofelia Cafe & Market Together\, we'll explore how recognizing personality differences can lead to stronger collaboration\, clearer communication\, and healthier approaches to conflict. Participants will gain insight into: - Their own personality style and communication preferences - How others may perceive their strengths and behaviours - Ways to adapt communication for different personalities - Approaching conflict as an opportunity for growth and understanding By developing greater self-awareness and empathy\, individuals can strengthen professional relationships\, improve teamwork\, and create more positive and productive environments. Registration Details: - FREE for YPN Members - $20 for Non-Members ⚠️ A required Personality Dimensions pre-assessment will be sent after registration and must be completed by Friday\, May 8 at 12:00 PM.
